I’m loving finding the time each day to read posts from favourite blogs and exploring new sites, it really sets me up for the day ahead. Allowing myself time each day to do something that makes me smile, nourishes my soul and expands my mind. This is the way all days should start and I don’t know why I haven’t done it before.
I am also loving writing here too, I can feel the words pouring from my heart, sharing my passion and exploring ways to allow us the time to truly enjoy those simple small moments that can so easily slip by.
Self care is such an important part of our lives. As women, we tend to put everyone else first and then never have the time to look after ourselves. My morning reading is part of my self care and Hannah over at Seeds and Stitches shares a guest post exploring the Importance of Self Care.
